What will it cost?
We can’t set one price for a website, since one website won't fit everyone's needs. Our website prices start at around $1,000 and go up, depending upon your needs. We offer a free one hour consultation to discuss your needs. Once we meet and determine your needs, we can give you a fixed cost for your particular website. Most complete sites for small businesses, including marketing, will cost around $2,500 to $3,000. The final price is determined by the size and complexity of your site. If your site is very complex, a base rate plus an hourly rate may be charged.
You may find companies that charge low package prices to develop a website for you. In order to do this, they rely upon standard templates already developed, and simply plug your information into the appropriate web pages. While inexpensive, this solution does not distinguish you from other sites on the internet, and some sites may use exactly the same graphics. If you ask for customization, the low price suddenly doesn’t seem so low any more. We design a website specific to your needs and image.
What about "build it myself" websites?
If you absolutely have to have a website up today, we offer a "Website Tonight" package that allows you to to enter basic information in a choice of templates that will get you on the web very quickly.
These templates, however, offer very little in terms of customization, quality, advanced technology, and most importantly, marketing. They are great if all you want is a free website design, but can’t compete with or replace the look and feel of a professionally developed customized website. If speed is an issue, this option may work as an interim solution while your website is being professionally designed.
Will my provider custom tailor a package to fit my needs?
Many firms will try to offer you something that you do not need. A small, growing business, an established local retail shop, and a professional services firm all have different needs.
